Renee Gilanshah is a Licensed Master Aesthetician, Master Esthetics & Cosmetology Instructor, and Permanent Makeup Artist with two decades of experience serving clients and teaching future professionals in the Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia area. Throughout her career, she has specialized in advanced facials, lash and brow services, and spa treatments, performing high-touch, results-driven services for a discerning clientele that has included nobility and diplomats. Renee is known for her meticulous technique, refined touch, and ability to create relaxing yet clinically thoughtful experiences at the treatment table.

In addition to her work in the treatment room, Renee is a seasoned educator who has helped hundreds of esthetics students successfully prepare for licensure and launch their own careers. As a Master Esthetics and Cosmetology Instructor and former gubernatorial esthetics appointee to the Virginia Board of Barbers and Cosmetology, she brings deep knowledge of skin anatomy, safety standards, and service protocols into every class and training she leads. Renee also offers specialized education in lash lift, lash lamination, and brow lamination techniques. blending real-world experience with clear, approachable teaching.
